Prescription Refill Requests 

Please provide information needed to process your request including  your name, phone number and date of birth, name and dosage of the medication, and your pharmacy phone number.  Please plan ahead for your refill requests as it may take up to 72 hours for your request to be processed depending on the day of the week. Prescription refills will usually be processed within 48 hours and you should check with your pharmacy about your refill status.
